- The warranty is valid from the date received until the end of 1 year.
- Warranty is not transferrable to another party.
- It is in your best interest to make a note of your proof of purchase and this should be quoted in any communication with AliloPH.
- Return postage costs are to be covered by the buyer.
When Warranty Assistance is Needed
When a fault or problem with your Alilo occurs, we’re here to assist – whether it’s a minor issue or a major fault, it is important to immediately stop using your toy and contact us via our website contact form.
We warrant our products for a period of one (1) year from the date of initial purchase. If any defect is discovered during the one (1) year period. Recommendation such as repair or replace will depend after we examine your Alilo. However, this warranty does not cover claims resulting from the following:
- Normal wear & tear, corrosion, rusting or stains;
- Improper usage, storage or handling of the product
- Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, alteration, tampering or failure of the purchaser to follow normal operating procedures outlined in the user’s manual;
- Scratches & damage to the outer surface areas and externally exposed parts that are due to normal customer use.
- Defects or damage due to spillage of food or liquids or wrong usage of electrical supply & voltage.

Warranty and Return Procedure
If you need operational assistance or help claiming your warranty, please:
- Step 1 Collect details of your purchase from such as – name, order number, date of purchase and the store where you bought the toy.
- Step 2 Fill out the contact us form, being sure to include your email address, name and order details.
- Step 3 Please provide description of the assistance required or the fault experienced with as much detail as you possibly can.
- Step 4 Wait for our support team to respond to you, generally within 24 business hours.
Warranty Periods and Turnaround Time for Returns
Most products purchased from AliloPH carries warranty period of (1) one year, and we can sometimes assist customers outside of those periods depending on the reasonable nature of the item. Some products such as supplies, tools, refurbished, single use products, hobby products or toys may not reasonably be expected to last long periods of time – in these instances we may still be able to help repair or replace parts at a nominal cost. AliloPH is very reasonable in these circumstances and always complies with consumer guarantees, so we’re here to help where possible.
AliloPH processes warranties promptly and within a reasonable period from the time that they are received by us. Please understand the time involved for a warranty claim may for example include: the time it takes for you to send us the item, our time to test, repair or replace the item, and the shipping back to you, our customer.
